Brian J. Curry

Founder / Managing Partner

Brian is a founder and Managing Partner of Fairfield Partners Executive Search, LLC. He has eighteen years’ experience in search and has led the firm’s CPG/Natural practice since its inception. Brian has completed assignments with roles that include CEO, all top-level executive functions and numerous key sales, marketing, finance, and operations leadership assignments with many of the top iconic natural brands in the space.

Prior to entering executive search in 2004, Brian was in sales and sales management positions with titles that included svp, sales and general manager for early-stage companies, including one that led to an IPO and another with a successful acquisition/exit.

Brian is a mentor for the EmergeCPG network, an industry program and community that helps early-stage CPG companies become healthy trading partners and accelerate their growth. He is also on the advisory panel for Food’NBev Connect, an organization that helps early-stage food companies by providing access to food industry experts through a cluster community.

Brian received a B.S. in Business Economics and Accounting from the State University of New York in Oneonta. He was born in Brooklyn, grew up in Queens and now lives in Darien, CT with his wife, Susan. They have two adult children, Tara and Brian.
